African All Stars defeat Bauchi All Stars 2-0 in novelty match

African All Stars made up of former football stars from Nigeria, Ghana, Congo, Senegal and Cote D’voire on Sunday at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium (ATBS), Bauchi defeated Bauchi All Stars by 2 goals to 0.
The novelty match was organized by African Children Talent Discovery Foundation (ACTDF) as a medium of mentoring of young football talents discovered in Bauchi state after series of talent hunting and training.
The ATBS was filled to capacity as residents of Bauchi trooped out to catch a glimpse of former football stars like JJ Okocha who captained the African All Stars team made up of Nwakwo Kanu, Kalilou Fadigha, Lualua, Garba Lawal, Taribo West, Emenike, Babayaro, John Gaadi, Amokachi, Steve Appiah, Babangida, Noah Dallaji and others.
The African All Stars team entertained the crowd which cheered them from start to finish of the match which drew dignitaries from across the country particularly those in the football administration in the country.
The match was used to create Awareness on the need to go back to the grassroots in order to discover raw football talents that will be harnessed to become greater footballers than the former superstars.
