Anambra Governor, Obiiano

The Anambra State Council of Traditional Prime Ministers has commended Governor Willie Obiano for using the N20million choose your project initiative to develop all the communities in the State.
In a communiqué issued at the end of its meeting at Neni in Anaocha Local Government Area, the Council while describing Chief Obiano as a Governor with the heart of gold maintained that he has through his people oriented programmes and policies restored people’s confidence in governance.
It described the recent overwhelming majority garnered by the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, at the just concluded House of Assembly election as a reward for good governance.
The Council called on Ndi Anambra to continue with their support to the Obiano administration.
The communiqué which was read by the Secretary of the Council, Chief Joe Nwegwu on behalf of the President Dr. Anthony Enukeme, re-assured Governor Obiano that the Council will continue to partner with his administration for enhanced development of the State.
It described the one year anniversary of the second term of Governor Obiano, as rewarding in view of his giant strides in the State especially his effective security network which has rekindled the interest of investors to the State.
