Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Mohammad has described the Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria and Speaker of the Bauchi State House of Assembly, Abubakar Y. Suleiman as one of the most prolific politicians of his own time.
The Governor made the comments during a Gala Night organized in honour PDP Governors’ Forum at the Government House Bauchi.
The Governor who extolled the qualitative leadership and patriotism of the Speaker, explained that even though the he is in APC, he always prioritized the well-being of the State and the nation in general.
The Gala Night organized by the Governor, was attended by the PDP Governors who were in Bauchi for the PDP Governors’ Forum Meeting, the Deputy Governor of Bauchi State Senator Baba Tela, Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria and Speaker of the Bauchi State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Abubakar Y Suleiman, State and Federal lawmakers, members of the State Executive Council among others as contained in a statement by Abdul Ahmad Burra, Spokesperson to the Speaker, Bauchi State House of Assembly.
