Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) Bauchi state chapter has commended the state Government for constituting an Interim Management for Wikki Tourists Football Club.
The Association also appreciated the State Governor, Sen Bala Muhammad and the Commissioner for Youths and Sports Development, Muhammad Salees for their quick intervention to salvage the Club from further uncertainties.
Bauchi SWAN furthermore, appreciated the Governor for including two of its members, Umar Sa’id and Dauda Chiroma in the Interim Management Committee of the Club.
SWAN also appealed to all stakeholders to join hands with the Aminu Dalhatu Umar lec IMC in order to return Wikki Tourists FC to the Nigeria Premier league as soon as possible.
While wishing the interim management success in their assignment, SWAN urged them to justify the confidence reposed in them as contained in a statement by Bala Bawaji, Secretary, Bauchi State SWAN.
