BCO accuses PDP of offering presidency to highest bidder
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has been faulted for offering the country’s presidency to the highest bidder.
The Buhari Campaign Organisation (BCO) made the remark in a statement made available to Apex News in Abuja by its Director of Communications and Strategic Planning, Mallam Gidado Ibrahim.
The BCO was reacting to reports that some members of the PDP Board of Trustees (BoT) flouted a directive from its leadership that they should not campaign for presidential aspirants ahead of the October 6 presidential primaries of the party.
It urged Nigerians to crosscheck properly whether the major opposition party has their interest by the way its senior members going about their bid for a presidential candidate.
According to the organization, Nigerians should note that the PDP they rejected in 2015 are out to desecrate the coveted seat of the President of the nation.
