Dr. Paul Angya on Saturday March 13, 2021 was at Anyiin, Gambe-Tiev, Logo Local Government Area, where he witnessed the burial of Chief Dr. Terkura Suswam who was gruesomely murdered by gunmen at his country home.
The governorship hopeful later proceeded to ACC Adikpo, Kwande Local Government Area where he was joined by his wife and former Vice Chancellor of the Benue State University Makurdi, Professor Charity Angya to give their last respect to His Royal Highness, Chief Hillary Ikima, Ter Kwande II.

The couple used the opportunity to condole the Ikima family, the Kwande traditional council and the people of Kwande over the unfortunate passing on of the late monarch.
