Breaking: Labaran Maku withdraws from PDP Nasarawa governorship primary election

Mr Labaran Maku, a Nasarawa State governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party has formally withdrew his interest to contest the position.
Mr Maku position was announced during the ongoing primaries at Nasarawa local government area of Nasarawa State by the state PDP chairman, Honourable Francis Orogu.
In an interview with journalists, Mr Maku state his reason for his action saying “I have decided to withdraw from the race after due consultation with members of my family, associates and friends.
“Therefore I have formally withdrew my interest for the contest,and my next line of action will be communicated to the public in due course”, he said.
The race now is between Honourable David Ombugadu and Major General Nuhu Angbazo, (rtd).
