NCPC boss, Rev Pam tasks staff on unity as they organised surprise birthday

The Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission NCPC, Rev. Yakubu Pam tasked staff of the Commission on the need to work together to promote unity in NCPC.

He made this known in his office in Abuja on 22nd February, 2021 during a surprise birthday parley organized by Management and Staff of the Commission.
Rev. Pam who was overtly overwhelmed by the show of love of the Commission charged them to continue in the spirit of magnanimity, unity and love. In his words” We will work together to promote unity in NCPC”.
He called for the spirit of commitment among staff of the commission, stating that the work in the Commission should not revolve round the Executive Secretary alone, but that every staff should be able to take responsibility in their various departments and units.

Rev. Pam told Management and staff that their demonstration of love for him is a kind of family that should exist in every good organization.
He stressed the need for Management and staff to imbibe the spirit of obedience to constituted authorities. He urged the Senior Management to carry the junior staff along so that the junior staff would be obliged to respect the senior Management. According to him, “love goes with obedience”.
The NCPC boss commended the Rev. Yomi Kasali led board of the Commission. He also gave a thumb up for all the members of the Commission’s board for their unalloyed cooperation. He promised to continuously work harmoniously with the board in order to move the Commission forward.
Earlier, the Director of Planning, Research and Programme Development of NCPC, Barr. Sonny Ebiyaibo intimated the celebrant that the Management and staff of the Commission considered it apt and deserving to honour and celebrate the Executive Secretary on his birthday anniversary as a show of love for his visionary leadership since he assumed office in the Commission.
Two Directors of the Commission – Rev. Amos Yohanna, Director of Operations NCPC and the Director of Finance and Accounts, Mr. Joseph Oche spoke gloriously about the Executive Secretary and his uncommon leadership style.
