Ogbaru traditiomal rulers, Awogu condemn abduction of lgwe Nnaji of Ogwuaniocha

The Chairman of Ogbaru Local Government Area, Hon. Arinzechukwu Awogu, and the traditional rulers from Ogbaru Council Area in Anambra State, has condemned the abduction of lgwe Oliver Chike Nnaji of Ogwuaniocha Community and wantom destruction of the property.
Speaking on behalf of the Ogbaru traditional rulers, the traditional ruler of Atani Community, lgwe Augustine Azuka Ngoddy, who described what is happening in Ogwuaniocha as a very sad development that need urgent action to stop further destruction of property in the Community.
lgwe Ngoddy further stated that dialogue remain the best means to settle any conflicting issue, so appealed the abductors of lgwe Nnaji to release him unconditionally.
Reacting to the development, the Ogbaru Local Government Area, Chairman, Hon. Arinzechukwu Awogu, explained that Ogwuaniocha incidence is very ugly and unfortunate in all spheres because any house divide against itself can never achieve any desire or meaningful progressive, unity and social harmony.
He appealed all parties involved in Ogwuaniocha crisis to sheathe their sword for the interest of peace in Ogbaniocha Community.
Hon. Awogu pleaded for the release of lgwe Oliver Nnaji from his abductors, further stated it is better to make peace through dialogue in order to achieve everlasting peace, progress and unity.
Ogwuaniocha a sleepy Community in Ogbaru Local Government Area of Anambra State has been engulfed in a serious communal clash but on Monday this week, the palace of lgwe Oliver Chike Nnaji of Ogwuaniocha was set ablaze, all his cars were all set ablaze before the abduction of the Communiry traditional ruler and taken to unknown destination.
