Real Estate, Construction Expo 2022 set from October 25 with over 150 exhibitors, 20,000 participants expected

The Real Estate and Construction Expo (RECON EXPO 2022) is the leading exhibition on Housing, Construction and Environment in Nigeria designed to meet the economic interest of participants and advance the economic development of Nigeria through private and public Sector Investments in Housing and Infrastructure.
The RECON 2022 with the theme, “Building Wealth Through Investment in Real Estate and Construction”, focuses on exhibition, conference, networking, training, B2B, B2G and investment forums. Products to be exhibited will include housing, furniture, lights, construction and building materials and Technologies.
This was contained in a statement by Dr Johnson Anene, Chairman, RECON in Abuja Wednesday.
In the statement, RECON 2022 is organised by Shelter Aid Limited, West Africa Ceramics Ltd (Royal Ceramics) in conjunction with Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Federation of West African Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FEWACCI), Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) and a host of government and private sector.

Its said, the expo is open to real estate developers, investors, mortgage bankers, building materials suppliers, professionals and practitioners in real and construction industry, the diplomatic communities, MDAs, NGOs, Associations, Professional Bodies, Trade Unions and the public.
The 6th edition of RECON is intended to draw more investment into the real estate and construction sector and help solve the Nigerian housing deficit, explore modern building Techniques, promote local production of building materials, present new investment opportunities, create jobs for our youths and contribute to national economic growth.
The three-day conference slated for between 25th to 27th October, 2022 is expected to have over 150 exhibitors and 20,000 participants from various parts of Nigeria and across the world.
