A renowned Kano based International Islamic Scholar, Associate Professor Muhammad Sani Umar Rijiyar Lemo has unveiled a book that contains the last Five Chapters of the Glorious Qur’an in a Tafseer format that was authored by him.
Unveiling the book during his annual Ramadan Tafseer at the Gwallaga Mosque in Bauchi, the scholar said that the goal behind publishing the last five chapters of the Holy Qur’an in a Tafseer format was to give youth in various stages of study and married women the opportunity to study the five chapters in a Tafseer format.
He said that the five Chapters Tafseer publication is accompanied with commentaries, reinforced by hadiths of prophet Muhammad (SAW), logic and analysis of some world renowned Islamic authorities, for deeper understanding of the Holy Qur’an.
Lemo, who said that the publication of the book, published in Beirut, Lebanon, was as a result of persistent requests from different quarters of the Muslim Communities to have an abridge version of the full Qur’an, pointed out that, the logic behind the publication of the last five chapters of the Holy Qur’an was for ease of understanding and assimilation by the students , youth groups and married women.
Dr. Lemo then called on the privileged members of the society to purchase the book and donate it to schools, mosques and libraries so as to make it accessible for the target groups.
Our correspondent reports that prior to this publication, Dr. Lemo had published many Islamic related books that includes the translation of the entire sixty chapters of the Holy Qur’an in a Tafseer format in Hausa dialect.
