Senator Emmanuel Bwacha

“Bwacha Tan” a conglomerate of Hausa-Fulani group in Taraba State has thrown its weight in support for the Gubernatorial aspiration of Senator Emmanuel Bwacha under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
“Bwacha Tan” means “only Bwacha” in Fulfulde.
Addressing thousands members of the group at its Secretariat in Jalingo, the State Coordinator of the group, Ubaudullah Usman Dabo expressed optimism that Senator Bwacha will pick the APC ticket and win election into the Taraba State Government House in Jalingo and that they are only waiting for the day.
Dabo maintained that the group scaled all the Governorship aspirants of the various political parties in Taraba State and discovered that none of them has the qualities, capacity and experience of Senator Bwacha.
He disclosed that Senator Bwacha was a Commissioner, member House of Representatives and presently serving his second term at the Senate and has proved his mettle in all the positions he held.
The State Coordinator noted that “if anyone wants to know the new definition of a good leader should just meet Senator Bwacha a grassroots politician who has all it takes to be the next Governor of Taraba State to turn around the fortune of the State for the better”.
He described Senator Bwacha as a detribalized politician who regards religion as a personal affair between an individual and the creator treating followers of all religions equally. Usman Dabo cited building of schools, clinics, employment of thousands of youths and other developmentd and social services as some of the achievements recorded by the Senator.
He advised the APC in Taraba State to provide a level playing ground to avoid the mistakes of the past which prevented the Party from gripping the Governorship seat in the State.
He called on APC Members to be united before and after the primary election irrespective of their aspirant to support any anyone that emerges the flag bearer for the party to change the narratives in the State.
A Coordinator of the group in Jalingo Local Government, Adamu Aliyu observed that no politician in Taraba State performed better than the Senator and expressed uptimimism that Bwacha will clinch the APC ticket to the Taraba State Government House and drummed for support of all Tarabans.
Aliyu, a pensioner said pensioners in Taraba State are facing various challenges many who retired from service 5-10 years are not enrolled even for Pension, gratuity not paid resulting into various ailments and untimely death saying that Senator Bwacha who has human sympathy will definitely touch their lives.
Senator Bwacha who was the immediate past minority leader in the Senate under the PDP recently defected to the APC is aspiring for the Governorship of Taraba State.
