Three Hong communities connected with roads within one year – Adamawa Governor Fintiri

Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Fintiri said his administration within the last one year in office has connected three communities in Hong Local Government Area with rural roads.

He stated this when he received stakeholders from the area who turned to thank him for giving appointments to over 25 indigenes of the area under his administration.

The Governor said government will continue to build more roads and deploy additional developments in the area to tap the abundant human resources in the local government.

While speaking on recent appointments made by his administration, Governor Fintiri said he will continue to make more appointments within available resources base on equity and fair distribution across the state.

He thanked the people of Hong for supporting his administration while assuring that government will not relent in the work of rehabilitating schools and providing youths with entrepreneurial skills in Adamawa.

Earlier in his remark, Professor David Shall who is the leader of the delegation thanked Governor Fintiri for carrying Hong community along and called on him to add more by renovating schools and clinics among others.

The Chairman of Hong local government council, Comrade James Pukuma in an interview saluted the governor for constructing road from Wuro bokki to Uding among other different road projects in Hong.

The delegation compromised of the Speaker Aminu Iya Abbas, Commissioner of Information Dr Umar Garba Pella and the six district heads as well as other stakeholders.
