Bishop Jacob is the President and Founder of Christ Ambassadors Ministries International in Jonesboro, Arkansas, United States of America.

The cash was handed over to the woman in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State by Rotarian Akan Emah on behalf of the cleric, who is a US citizen of Nigerian background.

The woman and her family were captured in April, 2020, in a video crying and wailing in pains and hunger some days due to the biting effect of the coronavirus lockdown along Nwaniba Road, Uyo.

This caught the attention of Bishop Jacob who was directed Rotarian Emah to trace the woman and donated bags of rice, beans, carton of indomie and cash as directed by the donor.
