Senator Lalong felicitates with APC National Chairman, Professor Yilwatda at 58
The Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial District and former Governor of Plateau State, Simon Bako Lalong, has warmly felicitated with the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda Goshewe, on the occasion of his 58th birthday.
Senator Lalong described the anniversary as a moment of gratitude to God for granting Prof. Nentawe good health, wisdom and strength to continue providing purposeful leadership to the All Progressives Congress, Africa’s largest political party.
The Senator said he is particularly delighted that Prof. Nentawe is marking his birthday while successfully carrying the enormous responsibility of leading the ruling party with candour, humility, inclusiveness and excellence, qualities that have continued to strengthen the APC and inspire confidence among its members across the country.
Reflecting on Prof. Nentawe’s political journey, Senator Lalong noted that he has watched with pride the steady rise of the APC National Chairman from a distinguished academic and technocrat to the party’s gubernatorial candidate in Plateau State, Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, and now National Chairman of the APC.
He said Prof. Nentawe has remained focused, disciplined and committed to the ideals of progressive governance, adding that his leadership has helped consolidate unity within the party, delivered successful electoral victories and attracted many prominent Nigerians into the APC family.
According to Senator Lalong, Prof. Nentawe’s dedication, intellectual capacity and loyalty to the party have continued to earn him respect across political divides and positioned him as one of the foremost leaders of the current democratic dispensation.
While praying for many more years of fruitful service, Senator Lalong urged the APC National Chairman to remain steadfast in his commitment to building a stronger, more united and victorious party in support of the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The Senator wished Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda Goshewe a happy 58th birthday and prayed that Almighty God would grant him greater wisdom, sound health and divine guidance as he continues to serve the nation and humanity.
