The Secretary to the Government of Nasarawa State, Dr Labaran Magaji, has charged leaders of pro-Tinubu support groups to shun politics of hatred and bitterness and embrace an issue-based campaign.

Labaran gave the charge in Lafia while addressing state leaders of support groups for President Bola Tinubu at the State Secretariat ahead of the North-Central zonal rally in support of the President.

He said supporters should engage the people with constructive political campaigns, stressing that the APC at all levels has verifiable achievements spread across the states and the country to campaign with.

The SSG, who is also the State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, disclosed that the state government would mobilise thirteen thousand people from across the 13 Local Government Areas for the rally scheduled for Saturday, 10th October 2026.

According to him, the rally, to be hosted in Nasarawa State, is aimed at demonstrating solidarity for the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda and his reforms that have shaped the country in the last three years.

He added that the rally would bring together supporters from across the North-Central states to reaffirm loyalty and appreciation for his leadership.

He expressed confidence in the capacity of the support groups to deliver all APC candidates and urged them to go all out for the success of the event.

The Nasarawa State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors clarified that the planned rally would be held at no cost to the government, adding that preparations have been in top gear to ensure a hitch-free and massive participation.
