Hon Donatus Nwankpa, the erudite lecturer who ably held forth at the famed Nigerian Defence Academy, now Nigerian Defence University for years has also employed effective communication skills, working and liaising with different departments and secretariats both within and outside APC whilst managing multiple and varied tasks simultaneously through effective planning, organizing and prioritizing with a high sense of attention and detail to achieve assigned goals and targets.
