APC stakeholders meeting in Kebbi to turnover massive votes for President Tinubu, Gov. Idris

All Progressives Congress ( APC ) stakeholders in Suru Local Government Area of Kebbi State have converged in Dakingari and strategised on how to turnover huge volume of votes for President Bola Tinubu and Governor Nasir Idris from the area during the general elections scheduled for 2027.

Special Adviser on Revenue Generation to Kebbi State Governor, Muhammad Arzika Dan Atto disclosed this development to Journalists in Birnin Kebbi, explaining further that the APC stakeholders in the area at the meeting consisted of 50 members from each of the wards of LGA, totalling over 1,500 Stakeholders.

“Our reasons are clear, Kauran Gwandu has done well in Kebbi State, most especially in Suru Local Government Area where a lot of people were motivated and empowered.

“So, the governor has paid his dues to the people of the State, especially in Suru local Government Area, now it is our turn to pay him back with massive votes come 2027”, Dan Atto said.

He further revealed that APC supporters in the area had already obtained their PVCs from INEC awaiting for the elections time to come, to vote party’s candidates from President, Governor down to State Assembly members.

The Governor’s aide expressed confidence that the 2027 general elections would be conducted in the state in peace without any threat from banditry attacks.
