Plateau Our Heritage, (POH), has joined thousands of sympathisers to commiserate with the people of Barkin Ladi over the death of Hon. Ezekiel Mandyau, it’s Management Committee Chairman.

The POH in a press statement by its chairman, Hon Alex Kwapnoe and convener, Hon Pam Ayuba Dangwong described the late Mandyau as a “personality whose virtue attracted many people to him.”

According to the statement, he was a “humble, charismatic and friendly personality whose virtue attracted many people to him. His impact to humanity and the society at large will be missed.”

Barr. Mandyau died of complications from pneumonia last Thursday while on admission at the Jos University Teaching hospital, (JUTH).

Earlier, the governor of the state, Simon Lalong had similarly condoled with the family and people of the Council regretting that he was instrumental to the relative peace the council has enjoyed since his assumption of office.

The Senator representing Plateau North Senatorial District, Istifanus Gyang as well as the member, representing Barkin Ladi/Riyom Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Simon Mwadkon have also registered their sadness over the loss.

It was recalled that the late chairman had not quite long, addressed a security meeting before his demise.
