Presidential poll: Rivers Governor, Wike storms Adamawa, sort equal votes from delegates

Rivers State Governor and presidential aspirant under Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Nyesom Wike stormed Adamawa, a PDP and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar country home and sort for equal votes from Adamawa State delegates at the primary election.
But the PDP state chairman A.T Shehu told Wike “Your Excellency Sir, you are welcome to Adamawa state but sir, you know we have our son Atiku Abubakar who is equally eyeing the seat for President and there is no way we will abandon him.”
However, delegates at the gathering showed concerned and shocked over the remarks made by the State Chairman.
The banquette hall Government house was thrown into confusion and delegates saw Barrister Shehu’s comments as mischievous.
In his speech Wike had equally observed thus “I know that one of your own wants to be President just like me but then I am agile and straight forward knowing that when I see black I say that’s black and white is white.”
