Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State at a campaign rally for a re-run election in 25 polling units of Arewa/Dandi Federal Constituency has reiterated the determination of his administration towards sustaining developmental projects across the state.

While speaking at Buma village in Dandi LGA and Kangiwa in Arewa Local Government Area on Monday, the governor recalled that the electorate had earlier declared a convincing win for APC during the previous general elections and urged them to do more by coming out en mass to vote the party’s candidate, Alhaji Garba Rabi’u Kamba.

“My administration would not rest on its oars untill devekopment reaches the nooks and crannies of the state.Therefore, we are here to beg you to give us another chance by trouping out en mass to vote for APC in the February 3rd re-run election. We promise to continue with the good work already started in your respective ateas,” he assured.

The State APC Chairman, Abubakar Kana Zuru said: “It is imperative to note that APC is a party for the common people and it’s ready to bring more development to your door steps, hence the need for you to come out en mass to reciprocate and cast your votes to our candidate.”

On his part, the Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and Empowerment, Muhammad Hamidu Jarkuka observed that people of the area had no other party to vote than APC and encouraged them to triple the votes casted to the party in the previous election and promised to donate a vehicle to any polling unit that produces the highest votes to the party.
In their separate remarks, the Council Chairmen of Dandi and Arewa LGAs, AbdusSalam Jibril Kamba and Sani Aliyu Tela, encouraged their people not to disappoint the Kauran Gwandu administration in view of its level of commitment and determination to ensure positive development across the state.
