Zayyanu Aliero said a total of fifty motorcycles have so far been distributed to the House staff in batches, while one worker received a car.

“The gesture will help the workers to be punctual, encourage and motivate them to perform optimally with dedication, as well as lessen the burden of transportation cost on them,

“Governor Nasir Idris has truly impacted positively on the welfare of the workforce by making them happy and committed to service delivery”, the Commissioner said.

According to him, the gesture was part of Gov. Nasir Idris’ benevolence directed towards giving all manner of people a sense of belonging.

“As far as work is concerned, the governor does not segregate, whether big or small and regardless of where you come from, he touches all categories of workers, he does everything necessary that makes everybody happy,” he said.

One of the recipients, Malam Bello, said the gesture would further boat his moral towards total commitment and dedication to duty and thanked the Governor for recognising and rewarding their hard work.
