Hon. Ossai unveils APC Top to Bottom Support Group to mobilise APC, President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda

A highly respected political leader, legislative paragon and acclaimed grassroots emancipator, Hon (Evangelist) Ossai Nicholas Ossai is set to launch a profound grassroots mobilization movement, the APC Top to Bottom Support Group (ATSG) to garner total, comprehensive and far-reaching support, loyalty, solidarity and patronage for the ruling All Progressives Congress throughout Delta State, the 776 local governments, the 36 states and across the Nigerian federation.
Hon Nicholas Ossai is a vastly experienced three term Honourable Member of the Federal House of Representatives representing Ndokwa East/Ndokwa West Federal Constituency of Delta State for 12 record-shattering years (2011 – 2023) during which he sponsored crucial bills and motions as well as numerous constituency projects, programs and empowerment schemes which vastly improved the lives, welfare and wellbeing of his teeming constituents.
The motto of the APC Top To Bottom Support Group is: ‘One Party, One People, A Greater Nigeria.
From Top To Bottom, We Stand Together’.
The ATSG’s stated mantra is: ‘To Strengthen the APC Grassroots,
Mobilize Support From Top to Bottom, Promote Unity, Loyalty and lnclusive Participation’.
Indeed the purpose, vision, mission and objectives of this strategic movement is to ensure a total, comprehensive, far-reaching and all-inclusive mobilization, galvanisation and sensitization of the Nigerian populace at the ward, local, state and federal levels to support all APC candidates, programs, manifestos, policies and strategies as embodied in the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s result-oriented administration.
Hon Nicholas Ossai, the youngest Majority Leader in the history of Delta State is the National Coordinator of the ATSG Mass Mobilization Campaign which will be officially launched on the 24th of October 2026 by the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) ably assisted by His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Delta State, Dr Sheriff Oborevwori at No. 28, Onuobiuku St, Umusadege-Ogbe, Kwale, Delta State
Distinguished Guests of Honour at the august occasion include the Vice President, Alhaji Kashim Shettima; the President of the Senate, Dr Godswill Akpabio; the Deputy Senate President, Dr Barau Jibrin; the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Tajudeen Abass; the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Benjamin Kalu; the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Sir Monday Onyeme; former Governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa (APC Senatorial Candidate, Delta North); Rt Hon Nnamdi Ezechi representing Ndokwa East/Ndokwa West/Ukwuani Federal Constituency; Chief Princewill Olie (APC Candidate, Ndokwa West), Prince Emeka Osemuta (APC Candidate, Ndokwa East); Hon Chukwudi Dafe (APC Candidate, Ukwuani) amongst other eminent personalities.

Hon Nicholas Ossai, the National Convener, has stated that the goal of the ATSG is to mobilize all Nigerians irrespective of ethnic, sectional, religious or linguistic affiliation from the elites, the privileged, the cities, the towns, to the grassroots, the villages and the rural communities in order to support the APC’s candidates, its gospel, ideology and manifesto as uniquely exemplified by the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
As the 2027 elections, draws nearer it is manifestly clear that the APC Top to Bottom Support Group kick-started by the visionary and purposeful Hon Ossai Nicholas Ossai will prove to be an electoral game changer that will surely harvest millions of prospective voters for the APC and thus sweep it to a decisive and overwhelming victory in the upcoming 2027 polls.
