Governor Radda leads Health Minister to General Rimi Hospital, inspects isolation, dialysis, imaging centres
Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, led the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammad Ali Pate, and his delegation on a visit to the General Amadi Rimi Specialist Hospital, Katsina
The Coordinating Minister visited the hospital’s isolation centre, where he was conducted round the facility by the Katsina State Commissioner for Health, Hon. Musa Adamu. He inspected the facilities and assessed the services being provided at the centre.
Prof. Pate also had a stopover at the Katsina Dialysis Centre and the Imaging Centre under construction, where he inspected the facilities and ongoing work.
The Minister expressed satisfaction with the facilities at the isolation centre and commended the efforts of the Katsina State Government in managing the crisis and strengthening healthcare services in the state.
Those in attendance included the Director-General/Chief Executive Officer of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), Dr. Muyi Aina, and the Katsina State Commissioner for Health, Hon. Musa Adamu.
