Kebbi Governor Idris rejoices with Nagari FM radio at one

The Governor of Kebbi state, Comrade Nasir Idris, has congratulated NAGARI FM Radio, Birnin Kebbi, on its one year anniversary with assurance of supporting private media organisations in the state.
He observed that the management of station has a cause to celebrate because within one year, the radio station has attracted many listeners and patronage within the state and beyond.
Governor Idris’s congratulatory message was delivered to the management of the Radio Station by the Special Adviser on Communication and Strategy Abdullahi Idris Sadaukin Zuru, at a brief ceremony in commemoration of its 1st year anniversary.
The Governor attributed the successes achieved to the wider coverage of its transmission, availability of adequate facilities and dedicated manpower.
He requested the station’s continuous support in publicising the numerous achievements recorded by his administration in all sectors of development.
Comrade Nasir kauran Gwandu noted with satisfaction the vital role of the media, particularly the electronic media in mobilisation and enlightenment of the public on the need to support governments at all levels.
The Governor assured the private media organisations based in the state of the government support and assistance regardless of the fact that they are bussiness oriented,adding that the organisations are directly or indirectly serving the government and people of Kebbi.
The representative of the General Manager of the Radio station, Mallam Jabir Rilwan thanked Governor Idris for associating and celebrating with the station at one of the most memorable moments of its existence.
